Shipping times & costs
Every order ships tracked. Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days domestically and 7–14 days internationally. Express options (2–4 working days) are offered at checkout where available. Shipping is calculated by destination and shown in full before you pay — no surprises.
Order tracking
Your dispatch email includes a live tracking link. If a parcel stalls for more than 5 working days, tell us and we will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated until it lands.
30-day free returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn pair in its original box — return shipping is on us. Start a return from your dispatch email or by contacting us, and your refund lands within 5 working days of the shoes reaching our warehouse.
Refunds & compensation
Refunds go back to your original payment method. If a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, photograph it and contact us within 7 days — we will reship or refund immediately and handle the carrier claim ourselves. Late deliveries caused by the carrier qualify for shipping-cost refunds on request.
12-month guarantee
Stitching, bonding and sole defects under normal wear are covered for 12 months from delivery. Send photos with your order number and we will repair, replace or refund — your choice.
Privacy
We use your details only to fulfil your order and — with your consent — to send the newsletter. We never sell personal data, and payment details are processed by our certified payment providers, never stored on our servers.
